Jonas  Truck Driving School is designed to prepare individuals to become professional truck drivers. We emphasize safety and thorough understanding of Alberta Transportation rules and regulations on defensive driving techniques necessary in developing skill levels required to pass Commercial Driver’s License Examination.

Class 1 MELT Program :113 hrs    $8,199+GST

Training consists of:

  • 40.5 hrs of class room instruction
  • 39 hrs of ONE ON ONE driving (Driving can be done anytime Monday to Sunday)
  • 15.5 hrs In yard (Pre-Trip)
  • 18 hrs off Road (parking)
  • Includes Truck Rental For Road Test
  • 2 hrs Brushup $200+ GST
  • Truck Rent For Road Test $150+GST
  • Pre-trip (circle check)
  • Coupling/Uncoupling
  • Right & left turns
  • Lane changes
  • Shifting up/down
  • 90 degree backup

Hourly rate: $110.00 GST included
